Charles is an experienced medical industry executive and innovator that has built a career around creating and advocating solutions and innovations that have the potential to advance humanity. He co-founded ExperTech, the very first “rep-less” service company tailored to the medical implant market, established and managed ST Spine, the most successful medical device distributorship in the world for Biomet Spine, and as the co-founder of STIM-IOM, helped develop one of the first intraoperative monitoring companies in the United States.
As the CEO of SimplOR Charles brings a wealth of industry experience, leadership and knowledge that forms the foundation of our innovative service. Aside from work, Charles loves to get out and see the world. He’s fluent in French and frequently utilizes his commercial pilot’s license to travel the globe.
Tony started his career in the medical device industry in spine implant sales, holding roles everywhere from Product Specialist to Regional Sales Manager for multiple manufacturers and distributors. With a breadth of medical industry experience under his belt, he went on to co-found ExperTech, a first-of-its-kind business, that provided new and comprehensive solutions for the medical device industry and reduced costs of implants while standardizing clinical support in the OR.
Now, as the General Manager he lives by the motto, “Just because that's the way it’s always been done, doesn't mean it’s the best way to do it.” and is motivated to continue challenging and innovating the status quo of how sales reps and hospitals work together. Tony holds a bachelor’s degree in Marketing from Penn State University.
Ronald J. Antonelli, Esq.
VP Legal and VP Sales
Ronald is a licensed North Carolina attorney, experienced in corporate legal matters involving internal corporate practice, legal compliance, and employee and 3rd-party contracts. Throughout his career, he has effectively navigated multiple manufacturer downsizing campaigns as legal counsel and acted as in-house counsel for a start-up surgical case management company offering an alternative model to improve hospital control in the OR.
In his current role, he is spearheading growth efforts for SimplOR sales teams throughout the Southeast, Mid-Atlantic and Midwestern United States. When he’s not busy working, you’ll find him spending time with family, enjoying the ocean or in winter, finding the large snow-covered mountains and steep slopes to feed his snow-skiing addiction.
Brian is an experienced and talented health industry expert and sales professional. The focus throughout his career has been serving hospital and non-acute healthcare organizations by driving cost saving and best practice sharing opportunities. He is based in Wilmington, NC, and sits on the Board of Directors for the Cape Fear Clinic focusing on board development and fundraising
Currently, Brian serves as the Regional Sales Manager with SimplOR. His efforts are focused on advancing the footprint and impact of SimplOR to new healthcare systems across the nation. Brian is a ham radio operator and recent graduate from the Cameron School of Business at the University of North Carolina Wilmington, holding a BS in Business Administration, concentrating in Operations Management and Project Management. And if you’re ever in town, he’s always up for a round of golf.
